Purple Presence Series: A Microdose Reset for the New Year | Portland

Member Event

You’re invited by Women to Women Network Member Michelle Harrell

As the year closes, we’re invited to slow down, release, and begin again.

This 4-week microdosing series is your invitation to return to stillness — to detox from the noise, restore your energy, and remember the rhythm of your own breath. Each week we’ll explore a new theme of awareness, clarity, alignment, and integration. You’ll learn to bring more stillness, trust, and self-compassion into each day. This isn’t a challenge or a detox. It’s a coming home.

Week 1 – Awareness & The Art of Noticing (Dec 28): Learn to tune into the present moment and notice the subtle joys of everyday life.

Week 2 – Clarity & Making Space for Stillness (Jan 4): Clear mental clutter, create inner space, and cultivate calm.

Week 3 – Alignment & Returning to Flow (Jan 11): Tune into your personal rhythm and reconnect with what feels natural and effortless.

Week 4 – Integration & Practicing Daily Presence (Jan 18): Bring awareness, clarity, and flow into your daily life with actionable practices.

Extras:

Each participant will receive a PDF journal with prompts and exercises to enhance reflection and integration between sessions. Weekly microdose included in the series.

Requirements:

Complete state-mandated intake forms.

Attend one preparation call (choose from):

Dec 15, 7:00–7:45 pm

Dec 21, 4:00–4:45 pm

Dec 22, 6:30–7:15 pm

Investment: $350 per person for the full series.

Step into the New Year with intentional presence, gentle guidance, and a community of like-minded seekers. Spaces are limited—reserve your spot today and gift yourself the reset you deserve.

Charisma on Camera | Virtual

Member Event

You’re invited by Women to Women Network Member Demet Tuncer

My gift to Women to Women members as we wrap up 2025!

Did you know that 80% of business communication is now virtual?

And you have less than 3 seconds to make an impression. The camera magnifies your strengths and insecurities—so which one are you letting take the spotlight?

IS YOUR "ENERGY STYLE" HOLDING YOU BACK?

Most people don’t even realize they have a distinct on-camera energy style. But guess what? You do. And it might be causing you to miss out on opportunities, lose impact, or feel less confident on camera.

With nearly three decades of captivating millions through the camera lens, I’ll show you how your on-camera presence truly comes across — and how to shift it so your charisma finally matches your message and your personality.

Join me in my last webinar of the year to find out which energy style you’re unknowingly using!

The Falling In Series - Week 4 | Portland

Member Event

You’re invited by Women to Women Network Member Michell Harrell

As the leaves turn and the air begins to cool, nature calls us inward. Autumn is the season of descent — a sacred invitation to slow down, to let go of what no longer serves, and to prepare our inner ground for rest and renewal. The Falling In Series is a 4-part microdosing journey designed to support this transition with reverence, embodiment, and community.

Each session combines the subtle amplification of a psilocybin microdose with practices that invite surrender, softness, and presence. Through breathwork, movement, stillness, creativity, and touch, we will explore what it means to fall inward — into our bodies, into silence, into faith, and into trust.

You are welcome to attend individual sessions or journey through the full arc of the series. Each gathering is a doorway inward — a space to reflect, receive, and release alongside others doing the same.

Simple, realistic habits to improve energy, sleep, and stress
