5-Week Yoga Series
For Women Ready to Feel Safe in Their Bodies Again
This series is for women currently in psychotherapy or those who will soon start.
Healing doesn't happen only through talking.
Sometimes healing begins with taking one slow breath...softening your shoulders...and discovering that your body no longer has to stay in survival mode.
If you're currently in therapy, you've likely gained insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. But you may still notice that your body hasn't caught up.
You understand your anxiety...yet your shoulders remain tense.
You know your trauma wasn't your fault...yet your nervous system still reacts as though danger is around the corner.
You want to feel calm...but your body doesn't know how to get there.
This is where trauma-informed yoga can become a powerful partner to your therapy journey.
Your Mind Understands. Your Body Needs an Opportunity to Experience Safety.
Stress, trauma, grief, and chronic anxiety don't just affect our thoughts.
They are stored in our nervous system and often show up physically through:
Chronic muscle tension
Pelvic floor tightness or discomfort
Shallow breathing
Difficulty relaxing
Feeling disconnected from your body
Trouble sleeping
Digestive issues
Hypervigilance
Feeling "stuck" even after making progress in therapy
These aren't signs that you're failing.
They're signs that your body has been doing exactly what it was designed to do—protect you.
Together, we'll gently teach your nervous system that it no longer has to remain on high alert.
A Beautiful Complement to Your Therapy
Many therapists help clients develop insight, process emotions, and build healthier ways of thinking.
This yoga series offers a place to practice those skills in your body.
You'll explore how to:
Notice physical sensations without judgment
Build a stronger connection between mind and body
Calm your nervous system through intentional breathing
Increase your window of tolerance
Release chronic tension safely
Improve body awareness
Cultivate self-compassion
Develop practical tools you can use between therapy sessions
Think of this series as giving your body an opportunity to participate in the healing work you've already begun.
What Makes This Different?
This is not a traditional yoga class.
There is no pressure to perform.
No expectation that you keep up with anyone else.
No "perfect pose."
Every class is taught through a trauma-informed lens that honors choice, curiosity, and compassion.
As both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and certified yoga instructor, I understand how emotional healing and physical healing work together. Every movement, breath, and meditation is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation and help you reconnect with your body at your own pace.
You are always in charge of your experience.
60 minute classes with a mix of breath work, movement, and stillness.
What We'll Explore Together
Week 1
Safety Before Strength
Creating safety and reconnecting with yourself.
Week 2
Softening What We Hold
Understanding anxiety, chronic tension, and learning to release with compassion.
Week 3
Holding Space for Grief
Honoring loss, transitions, and emotions that often live quietly in the body.
Week 4
Reclaiming Strength Through Compassion
Building stability without force and discovering strength that feels grounded rather than guarded.
Week 5
Living Rooted
Integrating what you've learned and creating sustainable practices to support your continued healing.
Each session includes gentle movement, restorative yoga, breath work, mindfulness practices, guided meditation, and education about the nervous system.
This Series May Be a Great Fit If...
💫 You're currently working with a therapist and want to deepen your healing.
💫 You struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or chronic stress.
💫 You often feel disconnected from your body.
💫 You notice tension in your jaw, shoulders, hips, or pelvic floor.
💫 You're navigating grief, life transitions, or burnout.
💫 You're looking for gentle, supportive movement rather than an intense workout.
💫 You want practical tools to regulate your nervous system outside of therapy sessions.
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of five weeks, many participants report:
Feeling calmer and more grounded
Greater awareness of their body's signals
Reduced muscle tension
Increased confidence using breathing techniques during stressful moments
A stronger sense of self-compassion
Improved ability to relax
Practical nervous system regulation tools for everyday life
A deeper connection between the work they're doing in therapy and their daily lives
Healing isn't about becoming a different person.
It's about feeling more at home in the person you've always been.
Imagine Walking Into Your Next Therapy Session...
...already knowing how to slow your breathing.
...already recognizing when your body is beginning to tense.
...already having practiced grounding techniques that help you stay present during difficult emotions.
Instead of spending your entire week in survival mode between sessions, you'll have simple, effective tools to support your healing every day.
This series is for those who are currently in psychotherapy or are ready to begin counseling.

How to Stop Proving: Discover the key ways to walk out of every meeting knowing you belong there
A Free Women Only Virtual Workshop
You've earned your seat. And still, some part of you keeps waiting to be found out.
70% of women experience imposter syndrome at some point in their careers. Not because they're unqualified. Because the voice that says "not enough" was never telling the truth.
This workshop is for the woman who shows up prepared, gets the results, and still walks out of meetings replaying what she said. The one exhausted from calculating how everything will land before she says it. The one waiting to finally feel like enough, except the finish line never quite arrives.
Together we'll cover:
The real pattern driving the proving (it's not what you think)
The hidden toll it takes when left unaddressed
How to break it, starting now
You'll walk away with a way to act before the doubt catches up, and proof that the traits you admire in others are already yours.

Fill the Loft with Hay
Help us feed the 22 horses who call our sanctuary home. After last December’s supplier shortage, our amazing community rallied together — and we’re calling on you again!
Our new (and reliable!) supplier is great, but hay costs have risen $5–$7 per bale. This season we’re expecting to need over 1,400 bales at $22–$25 each. With hay shortages expected and prices potentially rising, we’ve already placed our order — and need your help paying for it when it arrives before August.
Please consider donating to help us keep our promise to the horses who depend on us for their “best rest of their life.”

• 1 Bale – $22

While this is a free zoom workshop, I am accepting voluntary donations that will be split 50/50 between the Pacific Pug Rescue and Avalon Microsanctuary, with rabbits. Being a pug and bunny household, I want to support these two rescues that will be present at the next event on 5/16, Home, Garden & Paws Show in Hillsboro, where I am a vendor.

The Yin & Yang of Business: Find Your Sustainable Rhythm
If you’ve ever felt like you’re either pushing too hard to grow your business—to be visible, to create momentum… or pulling back because you’re needing to protect your energy and rest—you’re not alone.
There’s a natural rhythm to business that most people never talk about. In this Live Activation Call, we’ll explore the yin and yang of business—when to rest, when to act, and how to find a sustainable rhythm that supports both your business and your well-being.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, in the flow, or being called into something new, this experience will help you reconnect with rhythmic habits and structure that honor where you are while still allowing your business to grow.
