The Women’s Collective

Oregon Regional Leadership Team

Our community is guided by women who lead with clarity, generosity, and a deep commitment to collective progress.

The leaders of The Women’s Collective represent diverse industries, experiences, and perspectives, united by a shared belief that collaboration expands opportunity and that strong relationships create lasting impact.

They steward the vision of the organization, cultivate meaningful opportunities for members, and intentionally shape an ecosystem where growth, visibility, and belonging are built into the experience.

Leadership within The Collective continues to evolve as our community grows. We welcome women who feel aligned with our mission and are ready to contribute their perspective, strengthen the foundation, and help guide what comes next.
