This month’s Connect After Hours is hosted by Toni Osmundson

Introducing Toni

If you are not marketing yourself online, you are already two years behind.

And if you're in a corporate career, that still applies to you. It just looks a little different. Building your personal brand, staying visible in your industry, and showing up consistently online isn't just for business owners anymore. It's for every woman who wants to be known for what she brings to the table.

Toni is a content project manager with Little Egg Solutions who believes that every woman in this room has a story worth telling and deserves to be seen for it. She brings together women in business and women in the corporate world because she knows the struggle feels the same on the inside: How do I get visible without burning out? How do I market myself in a way that actually works?

This evening isn't about sitting through a lecture. It's about connecting with other women who get it, sharing what's working, and leaving with real clarity on how to show up for yourself, online and beyond.

Come ready to be honest, be supported, and be inspired.

At this gathering, you can expect:

  • Intentional introductions that make the room feel smaller and more connected.

  • Real talk. Unspoken truths about what it really takes for women to thrive in business and beyond.

  • Open, easy conversation without pressure or pretense. A space for women who trade gatekeeping for collaboration and quiet support for loud cheering.

  • A powerful collective of women driven to support, collaborate, and champion each other’s wins.

No sales pitches, no hidden agendas - just genuine connection with driven, professional women who value relationships and community.

If you’re moving through this season with intention, and looking for a room full of allies, you belong here.

Space is limited, and these events tend to fill quickly.

Registration is required. We will close registration when we hit venue capacity.

This month's Connect After Hours is a Non Profit Spotlight!

Join us to learn more about Purses With A Purpose and the incredible work they do, serving women in our local community .

Let’s rally around our Purses with a Purpose and our community! Please consider bringing a donation of feminine hygeine items &/or purses to support Purses With A Purpose.

Launee Wolverton

Launee founded Purses With A Purpose seven years ago, a nonprofit born from both personal experience and a lifelong desire to give back. Purses With A Purpose serves a mission to support women in need by providing them with purses filled with essential hygiene products.

Having experienced food insecurity, child abuse and witnessed domestic violence to her mom at the hands of my stepfather, she understands firsthand how quickly life can change. Those experiences ignited her passion for helping others, especially women and teens, who find themselves in unforeseen and vulnerable situations. Through her nonprofit work, she is dedicated to offering support, dignity, and hope to those who need it most.

Launee is a native Idahoan who grew up in Parma as part of a family of ten, an experience that shaped her deep appreciation for community, resilience, and service.

She is a proud parent of two children and six grandchildren, who continue to inspire her commitment to making a difference for future generations.

In addition to Purses With A Purpose, Launee has been a Realtor for the past 15 years; building lasting relationships and helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions.

At this gathering, you can expect:

  • Inspiration and knowledge of a local nonprofit providing a much needed service for women in our community.

  • Intentional introductions that make the room feel smaller and more connected.

  • Real talk. Unspoken truths about what it really takes for women to thrive in business and beyond.

Join us for Connect After Hours!

This month's Connect After Hours is hosted by Gina Ramirez!

Join Gina for a calming and grounding 30-minute Gentle Yoga session from 5:30–6:00pm. This is your chance to step out of the noise of your day and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and yourself.

Bring your own mat and come as you are. No experience needed.

Through simple breathwork and gentle, accessible movement, you’ll begin to unwind tension, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system (because let’s be honest—most of us are running on stress autopilot).

After the session, Gina will share her powerful journey from psychotherapist to health coach and yoga instructor—and how that path revealed something most women are never taught:

Your body is not working against you—it’s trying to communicate with you.

You’ll walk away with practical insights you can actually use in your real life:

  • How to use your breath to calm your nervous system in minutes

  • Why stress is impacting your energy, mood, and body more than you realize

  • How your body stores emotions—and what to do about it

This isn’t just yoga. It’s an experience that will leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected—with tools you can take home the same day.

Connect After Hours is a casual, welcoming space to learn about one another's work, share what you're navigating, and build genuine relationships.

At this gathering, you can expect:

  • Intentional introductions that make the room feel smaller and more connected

  • Real talk on entrepreneurship from someone who's done it four times over

  • Open, easy conversation without pressure or pretense

  • A community of women who show up ready to support, collaborate, and cheer one another on

No sales pitches and no expectations. Just connection with women who value relationships over transactions and community over competition.

If you're stepping into this season with intention and momentum and want a room full of women on your team, we invite you to join us.

Space is limited, and these events tend to fill quickly.

Registration is required. We will close registration when we hit venue capacity.

Connect & Grow Event | Career Alignment Lab

Connect & Grow Event | Career Alignment Lab

This collaborative educational experience is presented by The Women’s Collective and NextUp Mountain, two women-led organizations aligned in purpose and belief that meaningful progress happens when women learn, reflect, and lead together.

The Career Alignment Lab is a hands-on learning experience designed for women who may feel successful on paper, yet sense a disconnect between where they are and where they want to be. This session creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly motivates you, and then translate that clarity into more confident, informed career decisions.

You’ll hear from career expert Amanda Broadnax of St. Luke’s, who will share insights on navigating career decisions with intention and self-awareness. From there, participants will rotate into small-group table sessions focused on identifying core motivators, values, and strengths.

Through guided discussion and practical reflection, you’ll leave with clearer language around what’s working, what’s no longer aligned, and where your career may be asking for adjustment, whether that’s within your current role or toward something new.

This is not a panel you passively listen to. It’s an active working session designed for women seeking clarity, confidence, and direction, held in a room shaped by collaboration, shared values, and the power of women learning together.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the experience, and tickets are required. We welcome members and guests of both NextUp and The Women’s Collective to join us.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Amanda Broadnax is the Director of Talent Development for St. Luke’s Health System. With over twenty years of experience in talent and organizational development, Amanda specializes in designing talent development initiatives that empower growth, inspire leaders, and transform organizations. Beginning her career in talent development as a trainer and consultant with Dale Carnegie, she moved on to positions such as Manager of Leadership Development and Director of Organizational Change Management with the JR Simplot Company prior to joining St. Luke’s in 2020. Amanda graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A in Speech Communications. She holds a Master’s in Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership from University of Idaho.

MIX, MINGLE & MISTLETOE SOCKS

Join us for our annual Holiday Connect After Hours, a relaxed evening of good food, great company, and a fun twist on networking - a festive sock exchange game that will have you laughing and mingling all night long.

Enjoy a full dinner with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options as you mix and mingle with fellow women in business.

Whether you’re celebrating a big year, looking to make new connections, or just ready to unwind before the holidays, this is the perfect way to wrap up the season.

Evening Highlights:

* A delicious full meal and drinks included.

* A lighthearted networking game that gets everyone talking.

* Plenty of holiday cheer (and maybe a little friendly competition!)

* Come for the connections, stay for the laughter - and leave with new friends, a happy heart, and a surprise pair of socks!

This isn’t just another networking event. It’s your chance to plug into a community that gets you: women who dream bigger, push harder, and lift each other up every step of the way.

EMILY ROMERO | 4 THE LOVE OF PAWS

Hi, I’m Emily Romero. After 13 years as a corporate recruiter, I traded pitching careers for pitching tennis balls to dogs. In May 2025 my husband Mark and I opened 4 The Love of Paws in Caldwell.

It was scary starting over, but faith, family, and community support carried us through. Now I get to blend my love for animals with my passion for people.

“Your Dog’s Home Away From Home” is not just a slogan, it is what every pup truly experiences with us.
