IDAHO

The Women’s Collective

Idaho Regional Leadership Team

Our community is guided by women who lead with clarity, generosity, and a deep commitment to collective progress.

The leaders of The Women’s Collective represent diverse industries, experiences, and perspectives, united by a shared belief that collaboration expands opportunity and that strong relationships create lasting impact.

They steward the vision of the organization, cultivate meaningful opportunities for members, and intentionally shape an ecosystem where growth, visibility, and belonging are built into the experience.

Leadership within The Collective continues to evolve as our community grows. We welcome women who feel aligned with our mission and are ready to contribute their perspective, strengthen the foundation, and help guide what comes next.

  • EMILY ROMERO

    IDAHO REGIONAL DIRECTOR

After 13 years as a corporate recruiter, I traded pitching careers for pitching tennis balls to dogs. In May 2025, my husband and I opened 4 The Love of Paws in Caldwell.

It was scary starting over, but faith, family, and community support carried us through. Now I get to blend my love for animals with my passion for people.

“Your Dog’s Home Away From Home” is not just a slogan, it is what every pup truly experiences with us.

  • ANGIE SPERRY

    DIRECTOR

An Idaho native, I have spent my career leading complex projects, blending my love for details and people into success as a Sr. Program Manager at Zions Bancorporation. My passion for helping others also led me to launch Accessible Homes Idaho, LLC, where I help homeowners create safe, accessible spaces for those with physical limitations. Driven by the belief in finding and filling needs, I find deep fulfillment in empowering others - making my involvement with the The Women’s Collective a perfect fit.

  • NATASHIA RECHENMACHER

Her expertise ensures small businesses stay on track, giving clients the confidence and peace of mind they need to grow.
