Meet The Women Behind The Collective

Julie Waters

Co-Founder

What started as a career in CPG became a masterclass in entrepreneurship, built from the ground up alongside a startup brokerage where she learned to build process and people in equal measure. She brings that same instinct here: thinking in systems, leading with relationships, and executing with intention.

She co-founded The Women's Collective because she believes women grow differently together than they ever could alone. One woman's experience is another woman's teaching, and when you put all of that wisdom, perspective, and generosity in one room that’s when businesses grow, women grow, and the ripple effect is impossible to ignore. That's what this community is built on.

Kelly MacLeod

Co-Founder

Kelly has spent her career building relationships that last, across real estate, finance, and now at the center of this community. She believes the right connections can change the trajectory of a woman's life, and she shows up with that conviction every day.

She co-founded The Women's Collective because every woman deserves to feel genuinely seen, connected, and supported. Kelly listens closely to what members need and helps shape the community's programming and benefits around those answers, because belonging shouldn't be something you stumble into. From your very first interaction, she wants you to feel one thing: you're exactly where you're supposed to be.

We aren’t just building a network. We’re building a room where businesses grow as a side effect of showing up.

Keli Waters-Keating

Marketing Coordinator

Keli joined the team in 2025 after a decade in child care. Keli has always been passionate about early childhood education and ensuring families have access to quality childcare, especially here in Idaho. She knew as early as five years old that I wanted to be a teacher, and went on to build my career in preschool education.

She’s currently exploring new interests in foundational business operations and marketing, while continuing to stay connected to the impact of early education. Keli manages our weekly email blasts in addition to website and Circle management.

Outside of work, you’ll find her on the golf course with her fiance, Cameron, or enjoying a sunny afternoon tending to plants or with a good book and her cat, Twila June.
