RASHELLE NEWMYER
STATE DIRECTOR, OREGON
Rashelle Newmyer is an Oregon-licensed Real Estate Broker, digital marketer, content creator, speaker, podcaster, and mentor, proudly known as The Realtor Who Wines. With over two decades of experience in luxury retail, sales leadership, and digital marketing, she combines high-touch customer service with strategic thinking and modern marketing expertise.
As a full-service Realtor® and Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Professional Group’s West Linn and Newberg offices, Rashelle helps buyers, sellers, and agents achieve their goals with confidence, clear communication, and personalized strategy. She is also a respected leader in the real estate community, holding multiple local, state, and national leadership roles, including service on the Oregon Realtors® Board of Directors, PMAR, and as NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Oregon’s District 6.
Rashelle loves serving the Women's Collective as the Oregon State Director because she is passionate about building authentic relationships, fostering community, and helping others succeed in business and personal development.

Liz Hatcher is an entrepreneur and creative at heart, with a diverse background in marketing, association management, and event production across multiple industries.
Liz founded Women to Women Network because she was looking for community and opportunities to connect in more authentic ways with other women entrepreneurs and professionals.
With the growth of the organization and expansion into Idaho, Kelly MacLeod and Julie Waters joined Liz on the Executive Team to strategize and build the future of this community. Liz’s retirement in 2025 accelerated the vision of what was to come, and The Women’s Collective was born.
