About the Collective
A collective of women in business, shaped by relationships, intention, and shared growth.
The Women’s Collective was founded by Julie Waters and Kelly MacLeod. Born from the evolution of the Women to Women community, where they served on the senior leadership team, they carry forward an aligned mission with a fresh vision while thoughtfully evolving The Women’s Collective to better meet the needs of today’s women in business.
Julie brings deep operational expertise shaped by her background in sales, operations, and her role as COO of Women to Women Network. Kelly brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach informed by her experience as Chief Membership Officer and a background in real estate, property management, and accounting. Together, they lead The Women’s Collective with clarity, intention, and integrity.
Through member feedback and collaboration, The Women’s Collective was designed to be a space that grows alongside its members, inclusive, intentional, and anchored by real relationships. This is a community for women across all stages: entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and those just beginning their careers, who value substance, trust, and long-term support.
At The Women’s Collective, we believe community outweighs competition. That authentic relationships matter more than purely transactional introductions. And that women, whether building businesses or growing careers in corporate spaces, deserve support that is both genuine and sustaining.
