ABOUT OUR HOSTS

Amber Dizon | Black Bear Diner

Amber Dizon is a multi-unit and second generation franchise owner for Black Bear Diners in Oregon including Wilsonville, Salem, Medford, and Grants Pass. She holds her Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership and has previous experience working in both high-tech corporate partnerships in Silicon Valley (including Airbnb, MasterClass, and HotelTonight) and hospitality operations across the nation with Four Seasons Resorts.

Amber is dedicated to working with members of the community and providing a hospitable

environment in the diners that fosters connection. She proudly serves on the Board of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Wilsonville. She enjoys supporting local businesses and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and mini goldendoodles.

Teresa Hunt is a portrait photographer known for creating a relaxed, welcoming experience for women—especially those who usually prefer to stay behind the camera. Many of her clients come in feeling nervous or unsure about being photographed, but leave surprised by how easy and even fun the experience felt. She takes a thoughtful, personal approach to each session, and is often told she has a gift for capturing people’s personality in a way that feels natural and true to who they are.

Her work has been recognized in juried photography competitions, and she has taught classes, mentored photographers, and presented for organizations including Professional Photographers of America. Teresa is especially passionate about helping women step in front of the camera, creating meaningful images that not only celebrate who they are today, but become lasting heirlooms for the people who love them most.
