Shae Noble, Trauma Informed HR
Shae Noble is a Trauma-Informed HR consultant and founder of Trauma-Informed HR, where she partners with organizations and business owners to design systems that support both people and performance. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate environments, Shae specializes in building sustainable, human-centered workplaces. Her work focuses on creating clear, supportive structures that reduce overwhelm, increase consistency, and help leaders operate effectively within real human capacity.
Erin Turco, EVT Consultang
Erin Turco is a Fractional CFO and founder of EVT Consulting, where she helps small business owners build financial clarity, stability, and confidence. She specializes in practical, accessible financial systems that support growth without unnecessary complexity. Erin works closely with entrepreneurs to simplify bookkeeping, improve cash flow, and create realistic financial strategies—especially for those navigating unpredictable income or capacity.
Danielle Montgomery, Detailed PDX
Danielle is the owner of Detailed PDX and a specialist in operational organization and business systems. With a focus on practical implementation, Danielle supports entrepreneurs in organizing both their physical and digital environments so their businesses run more smoothly day-to-day.
Sarah Holtz, Simplicity with Sarah Holtz
Sarah Holtz is the dynamic force behind Simplicity with Sarah Holtz and an educator and learning specialist with over 18 years of experience spanning kindergarten through post-secondary education. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, she navigated nightly dialysis, ongoing treatments, hospitalizations, and frequent medical appointments—all while continuing to teach and lead without allowing it to define or limit her career. During this time, she also began her entrepreneurial journey, building a platform rooted in resilience, clarity, and sustainable growth. With a Master’s degree in Special Education, Sarah now designs workshops and courses that help people absorb, retain, and apply new information effectively, combining proven teaching strategies with real-world application. Her work helps individuals move from information to action, leaving with clear understanding and confident next steps.
